DBL BB 139 EUR + 14% VAT (per room and night)

Included Services
The room rate includes access to the business center, fitness centre and sauna, high speed internet, city tax and buffet breakfast served MO – FRI 6:30-11:20 and during the weekend till 12:30.

Supplements
The supplement for the superior rooms is 15 EUR.

Extended Stays
Hotel Josef guarantees the Company guests the same agreed rate 1-2 days prior and 1-2 days after the contracted accommodation dates.

Early Departure Fee
In the event a guest who has reserved a room within your block checks out prior to the original reserved check out date, Hotel Josef will charge the entire length of stay. This penalty is equal to 100% of the contracted room rate according to the guarantee and payment terms. To ensure both sides’ satisfaction, a completed and confirmed rooming list is request from the Company till 31.8.2012

No Shows
Any confirmed room reservations and not claimed by midnight on day of arrival (No Show), will be cancelled and charged according to the guarantee and payment terms for the entire length of stay.

Guest Room Check-in and Check-out Time
Check-in time is 2:00 PM. If your schedule requires an early check-in time, please advise us in advance. We will make every effort to honor your request. However, an early check-in cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to provide luggage storage in the event rooms are not yet available.

Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Arrangements can be made for luggage storage after 12:00 PM.

Credit Card Guarantee and Registration Form
All arriving guests will be asked for their own credit card upon check-in as a guarantee for any incidental charges as well as for the completing the registration form details.

Reservation method/Cut-off date
To ensure a proper accommodation, a complete rooming list is required by Company 31.8.2012. The rooming list must include individuals complete name, arrival and departure dates, type of accommodation and method of payment (if varies from the agreed payment). Any changes to this list must be made in writing. Any reservation or change to the rooming list received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
